  • "We first met Adam when he worked on our Andover house in 2010, and we then had him do a basement renovation for us in 2019. At that point, we had purchased a rental property in Maine, and I told him “In 5 years I would love if your company would remodel our house for us.” Fast forward 5 years and our experience in rebuilding our home with Adam and his team was fantastic! His initial bid was spot on, as he put considerable time and thought into how the project would progress, and what type of home we wanted to end up with. The property was almost fully knocked down in October 2024 and the project finished right on schedule in June 2025. Adam kept us incredibly well informed on all the details during the building process. We had a limited number of change orders, most of them due to the changes we made to the finishes. Adam would call me with the quotes and make sure I was aware of the cost before we put the change into place. He not only helped me decide on finishes, in some cases I would have him and team choose, and I loved every decision they made. Midway through the project we made a significant change to the HVAC and one that was a much better option for the house. Adam did the research to figure out a plan that would result in a better system and brought it to our attention – it was the best move we made on our new house. His team was professional, and always on site even on the coldest, windiest days on the Maine coast.
